These may be basic steps before we start

STEP 1: INFORM
Send us an e-mail or book an online meeting with us. Tell us your situtation. As many facts and figures as you like to share at this point in time. But add the soft facts also, the emotional aspects, that matter. This may be crucial conflict zones, the NextGen status or the like.

STEP 2: COMMUNICATE
After we have analyzed what we have learned from you, we will have a call or another online meeting. This will allow us to ask relevant questions that we identified. You may tell us even more about the content, the format and the purpose of the training you desire

STEP 3: Propose
Based on Step 1 and 2 we will propose a training concept to you, that bundles all our resources in order to get you where you want to go. If you accept our offer, training will start at short notice. Some material may be sent out to you for preparation, some as follow-up.
